Should you choose to enroll your child into Creative Scholars Preschool, the following will be required:
● Completed Enrollment Application
● $300 enrollment fee (non-refundable)
What we consider for eligible admission:
● The child must be 6 weeks old to 5 years old
● Which days and times will the child attend their program
● Completed Enrollment Application
● Paid Enrollment fee
Creative Scholars Preschool is a year-round, all-day preschool with an open enrollment policy. If no spots are available for the program, the days, or the times desired, your child will be on our waiting list. Once there is availability, we will be sure to notify you.
An appointment must be made with our Director to complete all enrollment forms upon acceptance. During this appointment, you will be guided through Creative Scholars Preschool’s policies and procedures. You will also receive our Parent Handbook.
During this appointment, you will be required to provide:
● A copy of your child’s medical records
● A copy of your child’s up-to-date vaccination record
● A copy of your child’s birth certificate
● Payment of the first month’s tuition via check or Tuition Express
○ Note: The first month of tuition will be adjusted if your child begins in the middle of the month
